When will my order Ship?

Though we aim to ship out orders within 24-48 hours, we do use third party shipping companies to fulfill orders. Some orders may take longer to fulfill depending on the vendor or if you have requested a custom item.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times may vary. Please allow up to two weeks for order fulfillment.


What is your Exchange Policy?

Due to the nature of our open pack items, exchanges may not always be possible. If your item is no longer available in a requested size, you may return unworn items with tags for a refund and repurchase the item (if available) in your preferred size. Please note that returns and exchanges will incur nominal shipping fees if return is initiated within 30 days of shipment. The return shipping fees vary by weight and location. We make every effort to provide accurate sizing on our website to ensure a good fit. We do not accept exchanges of items without tags or items with signs of wear.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact for information regarding returns. All clothing and accessory returns must be in new condition with tags. Our return policy is limited to items shipped within the previous 30 days and returns will incur a return shipping fee to be determined based on weight and distance. Personalized items may not be returned.

When will I receive my Refund?

Items returned in new condition will be eligible for a refund within 30 days of shipment. Please note that some credit card companies can take up to 2 weeks to refund purchases. If items are not returned in new condition, they are ineligible for return.
